Refund policy

We have a 30-day return policy for standard RAL Sealant products, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unopened, unused, and in its original packaging. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at sales@ralsilicone.co.uk. If your return is accepted, we'll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Custom Made Silicone (made-to-order products)
Our Custom Made Silicone sealant is made to order specifically to your chosen RAL colour code and is therefore non-refundable and cannot be returned or exchanged, except where the item is faulty, damaged, or not as described. This does not affect your statutory rights.

UK 14-day right to cancel
Notwithstanding the above, if you are a consumer in the United Kingdom you have the legal right to cancel a standard (non made-to-order) product order within 14 days without giving any reason. The cancellation period will expire 14 days from the day on which you acquire, or a third party other than the carrier and indicated by you acquires, physical possession of the goods. Please note that, in accordance with the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, this right to cancel does not apply to goods made to your specifications or clearly personalised, such as our Custom Made Silicone sealant.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
